Regular inspections of municipal buildings and mechanical equipment

Summary

The municipality of Montceau-les-Mines is procuring regular inspection and compliance-check services for municipal buildings and mechanical equipment, divided into six lots: electrical installations, firefighting equipment, fire-safety systems, radon monitoring, asbestos and lead inspections, and periodic checks of mechanical equipment. This is a framework agreement. The maximum amounts for lots 1 to 6 are EUR 120,000, EUR 280,000, EUR 60,000, EUR 35,000, EUR 320,000 and EUR 60,000 respectively, up to EUR 875,000 in total. Most lots run for 48 months and allow three renewals; the radon inspection lot runs for 24 months. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for 120 days. Award criteria are price (60%), technical quality (30%) and, depending on the lot, an environmental or travel policy (10%). A site visit is mandatory for lot 3, with visits scheduled for 6 October 2026 at 10:30 or 9 October 2026 at 10:00.
