Summary

The procurement covers specialised medical biology laboratory examinations and related services for the laboratories of Rennes University Hospital and the hospitals in Fougères and Guillaume Régnier. The services include, where required, supplying collection equipment and sample packaging, arranging logistics for sample collection between sites and transporting samples, transmitting test reports electronically for integration into hospital information systems, inter-laboratory shuttle services, and training and support. This is a single-lot, single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume and a maximum value of EUR 1,800,000 excluding VAT for its full term. The initial term is one year, with three possible one-year extensions, for a maximum duration of four years. The deadline for tenders is 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must address turnover and relevant turnover for the last three financial years, laboratory COFRAC accreditation, qualified personnel and a quality management system meeting accreditation requirements.
