Maintenance of ticketing, retail and access-control equipment at sites of the Centre for National Monuments

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the ticketing, retail and access-control equipment used at sites of the Centre des monuments nationaux, as well as purchases of related computer equipment. The services include user support, on-site technical assistance, corrective and preventive equipment maintenance, and operational management. Equipment, spare parts, subscriptions and additional services may also be ordered as needed. The equipment includes ticket printers, point-of-sale systems, payment terminals, servers, and mobile and fixed access-control devices. Recurring services are paid at a fixed price, while orders are priced by unit rates with no minimum spend. The order-based portion is capped at €400,000 excluding VAT per 12-month period and €1,600,000 excluding VAT over the full contract term. Services are due to start on 12 February 2027. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three further 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of 48 months. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers and evidence of their staffing, technical resources, similar experience and turnover. Offers are evaluated on technical quality (45 points), environmental considerations (10 points) and price (45 points); a technical score below 20 points results in disqualification. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 30 October 2026.
