Supply and distribution of fuels, additives and related services

Summary

The City of Saint-Nazaire is seeking fuel, additives and related services in three lots under a framework agreement with orders placed by purchase order. The contract will run for 48 months from 16 January 2027, with one supplier selected for each lot. Lot 1 covers diesel, AdBlue and non-road diesel, up to 6,400,000 litres. Lot 2 covers forecourt fuels and related services for vehicles other than heavy goods vehicles and specialised machinery, up to 1,800,000 litres. Lot 3 covers diesel and AdBlue or equivalent products, as well as non-road diesel and AdBlue or equivalent products, up to 2,850,000 litres. A bidder may tender for up to three lots and may be awarded up to three lots. The award criteria are price (65%), technical merit (25%) and consideration of sustainability in delivering the services (10%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 5 November 2026. Bidders must provide information on previous deliveries, workforce, commercial-register registration and turnover for the last three financial years; check the tender documents for precise thresholds.
