Annual inspection and maintenance of fire safety equipment at Crous de Lille establishments

Summary

The procurement covers annual periodic inspections and maintenance of fire safety systems, smoke extraction systems and emergency lighting (BAES/BAEH) at establishments managed by Crous de Lille. It is divided into three regional lots: the Lille metropolitan area, Hainaut-Cambrésis and Artois littoral. Each contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed three times for 12 months each. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 3 November 2026; variants are not permitted, and bids must remain valid for 58 days. Tenderers may bid for up to three lots and may be awarded up to three lots. Bids are assessed on price (40%), technical merit (50%) and sustainable development performance (10%).
