Cleaning services for municipal buildings

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services for Quincy-sous-Sénart’s administrative, school and childcare, sports and cultural buildings, as well as its cemetery. The total stated floor area is 9,805.62 m². The work includes regular cleaning at varying frequencies, replenishing dispensers for hygiene supplies, and the deep-cleaning services described in the documents. Frequency and timing depend on the site: for example, administrative premises are cleaned three to five times a week depending on the rooms; routine school cleaning takes place four times a week during 36 school weeks; and leisure centres are cleaned five times a week for 52 weeks a year. It starts on 4 January 2027 or, if later, on the notification date; the initial term is one year, with two possible renewals of the same length, for a maximum total term of three years. Bidders must account for staffing and working hours at each site and include all necessary service costs in their price. The incoming contractor must take over eligible existing staff while preserving their essential employment terms. The attached staff schedule lists 16 employees, with contracted monthly hours ranging from 32.50 to 134.33 and gross monthly base pay ranging from €408.52 to €1,688.53. After award, the contractor must provide proof of insurance, tax and social-compliance certificates, and a staff list before work begins.
