Supply of bread and croissants to hospitals in southern Burgundy

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of bread, croissants and other laminated pastries to five hospitals in southern Burgundy. It is divided into five lots: Mâcon Hospital (estimated total value EUR 474,000), Clunisois Hospital (EUR 124,000), Tournus Hospital (EUR 127,000), Charolais-Brionnais Regional Hospital (EUR 398,000) and Bourbon-Lancy Hospital (EUR 81,300). The values exclude VAT and include all renewals. Each lot will be awarded to one supplier under a purchase-order framework agreement. There is no minimum quantity, and the maximum is 50% above the estimated quantities in the price schedule. The firm term is 12 months, with three possible renewals, for a total term of up to 48 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 17:00. Bids must remain valid for 120 days, and electronic invoicing is required. Evaluation assigns 30% to price, 45% to technical quality, 15% to delivery time for exceptional urgent orders, and 10% to sustainability and greenhouse-gas reduction measures. Technical quality is assessed on the products’ external and internal appearance, taste, nutritional value, texture and smell.
