Insurance services for the Town of Seignosse and its social welfare centre

Summary

The joint procurement by the Town of Seignosse and its social welfare centre covers insurance services in four lots: insurance for damage to the town’s and centre’s property and related risks; liability insurance; statutory employment-related risks for staff; and legal expenses insurance for individuals. The contracts are planned for five years from 1 January 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 30 October 2026 and remain valid for three months. A bidder may bid for one or more lots. A base bid is mandatory, and the bid for each lot must cover all members of the purchasing group; bidders must also respond to any additional services specified for the lots they pursue. Free variants are not permitted. The award criteria allocate 60 points to technical quality, 35 to price and 5 to environmental performance. Lot 1 covers insurance for the town’s and centre’s buildings and property. The tender documents state pricing areas of 33,225 m² for the town and 3,630 m² for the centre, while the asset information lists the centre’s EHPAD area as 3,609 m². To participate, bidders must submit application documents for the company and, where applicable, each consortium member, together with the required turnover and staffing information and references. Insurance intermediaries must provide registration, insurance and financial-guarantee evidence, and the insurer’s authorisation; insurers must be authorised for the relevant classes of insurance.
