High-pressure cleaning of drainage structures

Summary

The tender covers high-pressure cleaning and inspection of drainage structures on the road network managed by the European Collectivity of Alsace. The work includes cleaning channels and gutters, cleaning and suction with vacuum trucks, analysing and treating removed sludge, and camera inspection of pipes; Lot 2 also includes cleaning manholes, grates, road gullies and siphons. The contract is divided into two lots for roads and motorways in Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin. Each lot is a call-off framework agreement with one contractor, no minimum commitment and a maximum value of EUR 150,000 excluding VAT for the initial period and for each renewal period. It starts in 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year each, through 2030. Bidders must provide turnover information and evidence of similar service experience, together with technical, safety and environmental information in their offers. During performance, the contractor must provide 3 hours of employment-integration work for every EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 12:00, and offers must be submitted electronically. The award criteria are price (70%), technical merit (15%) and environmental merit (15%).
