Maintenance of heating, ventilation and gas installations and inspection of smoke alarms

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of individual heating and domestic hot water production equipment, individual and shared ventilation systems, and autonomous smoke alarms, as well as inspection of gas installations in Nogent Perche Habitat’s homes. The services are to be provided from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Tenders must be submitted electronically and remain valid for 120 days. A tenderer may participate as a joint or jointly liable consortium, but not both as an individual tenderer and as a consortium member, or as a member of multiple consortia.
