Window cleaning and janitorial services for municipal buildings

Summary

The contract covers window cleaning at the municipality’s buildings in La Queue-en-Brie and routine cleaning of the municipal technical centre and music school. Windows must be cleaned on both sides, with stickers and paint marks removed and the edges of frames and window sills wiped. High windows are to be cleaned using an extension pole; a lift truck must be used at the Lamartine School, Building B. Annual window cleaning must take place in August, and a building-by-building work schedule must be submitted for approval at least one month beforehand. Cleaning at the technical centre and music school includes, among other tasks, floor, surface and sanitary-area cleaning, disinfection and periodic deep-cleaning work. The authority may also select five additional services: cleaning the town hall and PMI, the library, the art studio and Degas premises, the meeting space, the seniors’ house and TUSEOU, the youth club, and other listed premises. On-demand supplementary work may total up to €10,000 excluding VAT per year. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, or on a later notification date if applicable, and initially runs until 31 December 2027. It may be tacitly renewed three times for 12 months, for a maximum total term of four years. The deadline for tenders is 30 October 2026 at 12:00. Bidders should account for suitably qualified staff, valid liability insurance and a detailed prior inspection of the sites; the tender documents must be checked for the exact exclusion grounds and other participation requirements.
