Summary

GCSMS EHPAD Publics du Val de Marne is procuring insurance services for its member establishments, divided into six lots: liability insurance; criminal defence for employees and legal protection for the establishment; property insurance; motor fleet insurance and cover for employees using their own vehicles on work duties; statutory employee risks; and cyber risks. The planned contract term is 48 months from 1 January 2027, and the estimated total value is EUR 2,400,000. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 20 October 2026 and remain valid for 120 days. Bids may be submitted for up to all six lots; variants are not permitted. The property insurance lot covers buildings and movable property, including damage from fire, water, theft, glass breakage, machinery failure, natural events and damage to computer equipment. The contractual indemnity limit must be at least EUR 19,900,000. The optional business-interruption cover must be priced at either EUR 500,000 or EUR 1,000,000 for 36 months. The motor insurance lot covers the establishments’ vehicle fleet and employees’ use of their own vehicles for work. Third-party bodily injury cover for the fleet is unlimited, while material and consequential loss cover is EUR 100 million per event; legal defence cover is EUR 15,000 per vehicle. For employees’ own vehicles, vehicle damage cover must be at least EUR 50,000 with no deductible. Bidders must use the relevant lot pricing form and account for the cover and conditions set out in the technical specifications.
