Food Supply for the City of Laval and its Social Action Centre

Summary

The City of Laval and the Laval Communal Social Action Centre are procuring the supply and daily delivery of food for collective catering, the city’s childcare facilities, event catering and care homes for older people. The procurement has two lots: (1) fresh stuffed poultry escalopes, with an annual ceiling of EUR 30,000 excluding VAT; and (2) prepared and chilled fourth- and fifth-range fruit and vegetables, with an annual ceiling of EUR 115,000 excluding VAT. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume; orders will be placed as needs arise. It runs until 31 December 2027 and may be renewed twice, up to 31 December 2029. Bidders must submit pricing, a product catalogue, detailed product descriptions and technical sheets, together with a technical memorandum for the relevant lot. The required product samples are mandatory for Lot 1 and must match the products offered. Bids will be assessed on price (40 points), sensory and nutritional quality based on samples and technical sheets (40 points), and technical merit (20 points).
