Rental of event equipment and related services

Summary

The tender covers the rental of equipment for events organised by the City of Bondy, including return transport, delivery, installation, testing, maintenance, fault repair, dismantling and removal. Bids may be submitted for four lots: inflatable attractions (Lot 1, annual ceiling of EUR 70,000 excluding VAT), sports games (Lot 2, EUR 20,000), a synthetic skating rink (Lot 3, EUR 35,000), and small fairground rides and other fair attractions (Lot 4, EUR 20,000). A bidder may win one or more lots. The framework agreement has no minimum volume, runs for an initial year and may be renewed three times for one year each. The bid submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 12:00, and bids remain valid for 180 days. Prices must include equipment transport, installation and dismantling, necessary staff, anchoring or weights, electrical extensions, on-call technical support and insurance. The bid must include the relevant completed price and estimated-quantity schedules, as well as a technical and financial offer. Equipment must be safe and compliant; emergency fault reports must be answered within 30 minutes, and defective parts must be replaced the same day. Orders will normally be notified at least 15 calendar days in advance; this may be reduced to 48 hours in a duly justified exceptional case.
