Supply and delivery of equipment for studying animals in their natural environment
Summary
This procurement seeks the supply and delivery, under a nine-lot framework arrangement, of equipment for studying animals in their natural environment. The lots cover GPS-VHF collars, instrumentation for field development and testing, a 3D printer, VHF tags, camera traps with security housings, a VHF signal receiving station, GPS tags and collars for tracking wildlife, and CTD probes. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The combined maximum value of the framework agreements is EUR 720,000 and the estimated total value is EUR 125,000; a separate framework agreement will be awarded to one economic operator for each lot. The maximum contract term is four years, including three 12-month renewals. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 12:00 on 28 October 2026. They must include the price schedule, technical product data sheets or detailed quotations, and a technical memorandum covering repairability, collar materials, delivery arrangements and measures to reduce the equipment’s impact on animals. Weightings vary by lot: price accounts for 50–80%, technical value for 10–45%, and sustainability for 5–20%. Bids must remain valid for four months.
