Maintenance of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems in Alsace

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive operation, maintenance and repair of URSSAF Alsace’s heating, domestic hot-water, air-conditioning and ventilation systems at its 5,840 m² office building in Schiltigheim, which has 287 staff. The single-lot contract includes routine operation and maintenance (P2), total maintenance and equipment renewal (P3), and a commitment to improve energy efficiency.
