Supply and maintenance of surveying equipment

Summary

The procurement has two lots: maintenance of existing surveying equipment and the purchase of new surveying equipment. The aim is to maintain a uniform fleet of interchangeable, compatible equipment. The existing fleet includes Leica total stations, levels and GNSS receivers. For both lots, bidders should provide relevant experience from services or deliveries completed in the previous three years and information on overall turnover. The offer for new equipment must also include the required catalogues and technical data sheets. The contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed up to three times; the exact delivery or service period for each order will be set in the order or technical specifications. Offers must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 14:00.
