Summary

The Versailles hospital is procuring, in 41 lots, the supply and delivery of laboratory reagents, controls, calibrators, consumables and sampling devices. The lots cover microbiology, genetics, molecular biology, haematology, pharmacology, sampling equipment, laboratory chemical and biological reagents, and pathology; the detailed product lists are set out in the lot-specific price schedules. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum volume and a total maximum value of EUR 4,500,000 excluding VAT. It runs for 12 months and may be renewed five times for 12 months each, for a maximum total term of six years. Orders will be placed under purchase orders at unit prices. Bids may cover one or more lots, but a separate, complete bid must be submitted for each lot selected. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 2 November 2026 at 12:00 and include a completed bid form and full unit-price schedule, a technical questionnaire for each lot, product data sheets and bank account details. Any required samples must also be delivered free of charge by the same deadline, unless the hospital can assess the product by another means. The bid must describe product characteristics and measures for quality assurance, accreditation and safety. The award assessment considers product quality, suitability for the department’s needs, accreditation and quality assurance, and price; the lot-specific weightings are in the tender documents. Variants are not permitted. Bids must remain valid for 180 days. The bidder must provide global turnover and contract-related turnover for the three most recent available financial years, average annual staffing and management headcount for each of the last three years, and a list of its main equivalent references for healthcare institutions from the last three years. Evidence of liability insurance and the required application and bid documents are also required. No minimum turnover or staffing thresholds are specified in the notice.
