Insurance services for the Régie des Eaux du Pays d’Aix

Summary

The tender covers insurance contracts for the Régie des Eaux du Pays d’Aix in two lots: lot 1 covers property damage and related risks, and lot 2 covers liability and related risks. The contract runs for 48 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots and may be awarded multiple lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 9 November 2026 at 12:00. The base solution is mandatory for either lot; voluntary variants are not permitted.
