Printing, finishing, packaging and delivery of examination papers

Summary

The contract covers the printing, finishing, packaging and delivery of examination papers for Arts et Métiers’ competitions and recruitment department. It is a single-lot framework agreement under which orders will be placed as needed. The initial term is one year, with up to three one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 5 November 2026 at 12:00; they must remain valid for 120 days. Variants are not allowed. Bidders must provide, among other information, turnover data for the three most recent available financial years, staffing and management headcount for the last three years, and a list of relevant services performed during the last three years. The bid must describe printing capacity, finishing and packaging methods, confidentiality safeguards, urgent-response arrangements, and social-inclusion and environmental measures. The evaluation assigns 40 points to price, 20 to technical quality, 10 to confidentiality safeguards, 10 to responsiveness, 5 to social-inclusion measures and 15 to environmental performance.
