Topographic Surveys, Network Detection and Cadastral Surveys

Summary

The procurement covers topographic surveys and the detection and geolocation of underground networks in the Melun Val de Seine area (Lot 1), as well as cadastral and land surveys (Lot 2). Work includes, among other things, surveys relating to water supply, wastewater, roads, walking and cycling routes, and built assets; preparation of boundary and parcel-division plans; and support for regular updates to the geographic information system. This is a single-supplier framework agreement for an initial 12 months, renewable three times for 12 months each, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The annual ceiling is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 100,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation, technical merit for 40%, and the environmental approach for 10%. Variant bids are not permitted. Bidders must provide the required application and qualification information and demonstrate relevant experience and professional competence.
