Detailed inspections of Loire bridges and newly built structures

Summary

The procurement covers detailed inspections of bridges crossing the Loire and other engineering structures, as well as initial detailed inspections of newly built structures. Lot 1 concerns periodic inspections of the Saint-Nazaire Bridge. Lot 2 covers periodic inspections of the Varades, Ancenis and other specified bridges, together with initial inspections of newly built structures. This is a 48-month framework agreement to be implemented through subsequent contracts and purchase orders, with a separate contract awarded for each lot. A bidder may tender for and be awarded no more than two lots. Attendance at a site visit arranged as described in the tender documents is mandatory; an offer from a bidder that has not attended will be treated as irregular. Offers must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 17:00. Offers will be evaluated on technical quality (50%), environmental performance (10%) and price (40%).
