Supply and maintenance of intrusion alarms and video surveillance systems

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of intrusion-alarm and video-surveillance equipment and its preventive and corrective maintenance, fault repair, equipment replacement, installation extensions or new installations, and connection of alarms to a remote-monitoring centre. Services will be provided at buildings used by government services, public bodies, hospitals, schools and colleges in Corsica. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers Southern Corsica and Lot 2 covers Haute-Corse. Tenderers may bid for one or both lots, but must cover every site within each lot for which they submit an offer. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which orders will be issued. There is no minimum value; the maximum is EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT per year for each lot. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of four years. The submission deadline is 27 November 2026 at 17:00. Bids must be submitted electronically and written in French. Each bid must include the signed commitment form and price schedules, a separate technical memorandum for each lot, named CVs and evidence of qualifications and electrical authorisations for assigned staff, technical data sheets for proposed equipment, and certificates for mandatory site visits. The required visits are: for Lot 1, the Prefecture at Palais Lantivy in Ajaccio, DDT 2A, the Ajaccio police station, Palais de justice Masseria and ARS Ajaccio; for Lot 2, DDTM 2B Danesi, the Bastia police station, the Bastia Court of Appeal building and Borgo detention centre. A missing visit certificate results in rejection. Price accounts for 60 points and technical merit for 40 points. Performance also carries a social-inclusion obligation of 200 insertion hours per year for each lot.
