Termite and wood-boring insect control for Toulon city property

Summary

The City of Toulon is seeking a three-year framework agreement divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers diagnostics for termites, wood-boring insects and their larvae on the city’s built and other property; Lot 2 covers treatment and eradication of those pests. Work will take place at city sites in and around Toulon, approximately within 25 km of the city, and may be carried out in occupied buildings with members of the public present. Bidders may submit for both lots, but the Lot 2 contractor must be a different person from the person who prepared the Lot 1 building assessment concerning the presence of termites. Lot 1 bidders must hold an appropriate professional certificate for termite diagnostics. For both lots, bidders must provide turnover information for up to the three most recent available financial years and a list of their main services delivered during the last three years. The Lot 2 contractor must provide a valid CERTIBIOCIDE certificate for every employee who may work on the contract within 15 days of contract notification. Applications may use forms DC1 and DC2 or the European Single Procurement Document. The submission deadline is 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Each lot runs for three years. The Lot 1 framework agreement has a minimum amount of EUR 834 and a maximum of EUR 20,834; the Lot 2 minimum is EUR 1,667 and the maximum EUR 41,667, all excluding VAT. For both lots, price and environmental performance are evaluated; Lot 1 also assesses staff organisation, qualifications and experience, while Lot 2 assesses the technical merit of the tender.
