Maintenance of green spaces at various COR sites

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of green spaces at six sites in the COR area, divided into separate lots: the Aquaval aquatic centre and COR headquarters; activity zones in Les Olmes, Saint-Romain-de-Popey and Tarare; the Le Tullin waste facility; the swimming pools in Amplepuis and Cours; activity zones in Amplepuis and Thizy-les-Bourgs; and the household-waste transfer station in Thizy-les-Bourgs. Each lot will be awarded separately. A site visit is mandatory; a bid from a bidder that has not visited the site will be declared non-compliant. Bidders may submit bids for up to six lots, and up to six lots may be awarded to one bidder. The service period is 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028, and the contract may be renewed up to four times under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Evaluation gives 50% to price, 40% to technical quality and 10% to environmental performance. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 6 November 2026. The contract provides for quarterly invoicing in arrears, price adjustment and an advance payment conditional on a first-demand guarantee or a personal and joint guarantee; environmental contract-performance conditions are detailed in the tender documents.
