Regulatory controls services

Summary

The tender concerns regulatory controls services for various equipment and systems (electrical installations, heating networks, elevators, safety systems, gates, level crossings, barriers, etc.) in municipal buildings and those open to the public (ERP, ERT). The contract comprises three lots. For each lot, the maximum annual amount is Lot 1 up to €25,000 excluding VAT, Lot 2 up to €5,000 excluding VAT, and Lot 3 up to €5,000 excluding VAT. Framework maximum amounts are €140,000 for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3; the estimated total contract value is €100,000 for Lot 1 and €20,000 for Lot 2 and Lot 3. Price is not the only award criterion; other award criteria are indicated in the tender regulations.
