Monitoring of the accompaniment component of the PIG Territorial Pact of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration

Summary

The tender concerns monitoring and supporting the accompaniment component of the PIG Territorial Pact for Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration. The contractor will monitor the implementation of the accompaniment component and support its execution, addressing territorial challenges such as energy insecurity, territorial fractures, housing and building vacancies, social fractures, and ensuring secure access. The scope covers housing and buildings across 32 municipalities of the SBAA, excluding the OPAH-RU multi-site perimeter in Quintin and Saint-Brieuc city centers. The contract includes an insertion clause: at least 315 hours of work per year must be reserved for individuals in an insertion program.
