Premises cleaning services

Summary

The tender concerns three lots of premises cleaning services for the Grand Dax community area, divided as Lot 1: Headquarters building; Lot 2: Aménagement service building; Lot 3: Centre Technique Opérationnel (CTO) building. All lots are reserved for adapted enterprises for disabled workers or equivalent insertion structures; a site visit is mandatory; the contract term starts with an initial 12 months and may be extended up to 72 months with up to five renewals of 12 months each.
