Evaluation of the Climate Air Energy Territorial Plan (PCAET) 2021-2026 and its revision

Summary

This procurement concerns a consulting assignment to evaluate and revise the PCAET (Climate Air Energy Territorial Plan) 2021-2026 for the Communauté de Communes Val de Saône Centre. The consultant will perform: (1) completion of the PCAET 2021-2026 evaluation and updating the diagnostic; (2) revision of the PCAET, including updating the diagnostic, developing the strategy and an action plan with territorial involvement; (3) establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system; (4) environmental and strategic assessment of the new PCAET and preparation of the environmental declaration and public consultation; (5) submission of the revised PCAET to the ADEME Territoire et Climat platform. The contract duration is 18 months.
