Summary

The tender concerns a two-lot framework agreement for the sorting of selective collection, pre-treatment and valorisation of bulky household waste (OME) collected at depots. Lot 1 covers sorting of materials from selective collection, handling of sorting rejects, storage and processing; Lot 2 covers pre-treatment and valorisation of OME collected at depots. The procurement is conducted under an open procedure; up to two lots can be awarded. The award criteria are: price 50; technical merit 50 (divided as 2.1: 25 for overall quality of sorting, treatment and/or valorisation; 2.2: 5 for the quality of human, logistic, organizational and material means dedicated to the execution); sustainability 20.
