Cleaning of buildings and windows

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services for all City of Carcassonne buildings and windows. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1: cleaning of buildings (offices, reception areas, corridors, sanitary facilities, changing rooms, break rooms and meeting spaces); Lot 2: cleaning of windows (interior and exterior glass, doors, frames). The contract duration is four years from January 1, 2027 or from the notification date if later. Site visits are mandatory; bidders must register with Nicolas Theron of the City of Carcassonne and attend visits on 5-7 October 2026 and 12-14 October 2026. Estimated contract values are EUR 1,207,744 for Lot 1 and EUR 100,351 for Lot 2. Evaluation criteria: Lot 1 – price 0.5, technical merit 0.35, environmental performance 0.15; Lot 2 – price 0.6, technical merit 0.3, environmental performance 0.1.
