Group of orders – passenger transport (2027–2030)

Summary

The procurement concerns a two-lot framework agreement for passenger transport services within the Grand Rodez community for 2027–2030. The framework will be executed by issuing purchase orders; each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid according to unit prices. The estimated total contract amounts are €500,000 for Lot 1 and €278,400 for Lot 2. The initial term is one year, with up to three renewals, for a maximum of four years. Award criteria are: price 50%, technical value 30%, environmental value 20%. The selection criteria require bidders to demonstrate experience with main services delivered in the last three years (including amount, date and recipient) and to provide documents such as Dc1, Dc2, K-Bis, bank details (RIB) and declarations of non-exclusion; tender documents are available through the contracting authority.
