Summary

This procurement concerns four lots of insurance services: Lot 1: property damage and related risks insurance; Lot 2: liability and related risks insurance; Lot 3: fleet automobile and related risks insurance; Lot 4: digital risks insurance. The bidder must meet qualification and compliance requirements, including submitting qualification documents (DC1 and DC2 forms or equivalents), a mandate for the insurance broker or agent, and ORIAS registration or equivalent for insurance intermediaries, and any required financial guarantee in accordance with the Insurance Code. If DC1 is not used, a sworn statement that the bidder does not fall under any exclusion grounds must be provided. For groupings, documents must be provided for each member.
