Replacement of the Fire Safety System central unit and improvement of the existing Fire Safety System

Summary

The tender concerns replacement of the Fire Safety System central unit and enhancement of the existing Fire Safety System at EHPAD La Petite Bruyère, located at 53 rue Xavier Boutet, 72320 Vibraye. The works include studies, supply, installation, connection, programming, testing, commissioning and the preparation of the DOE (Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés) in accordance with Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). The works will be carried out in a functioning establishment occupied by residents; the contractor must take into account the constraints related to uninterrupted operation, safety of residents, staff and visitors, and the ongoing maintenance of fire safety.
