Summary

This procurement concerns the execution of a diagnostic assessment to reduce the vulnerability of housing in the territory of the Communauté de communes du Val de Sarthe, Guécélard Commune, and the development of recommendations for works, adaptations and protective measures to limit the impact of flooding on property and people. The diagnostics primarily concern residential buildings in Guécélard and are part of flood risk prevention policy under the PAPI program of the Val de Sarthe community. This is a framework agreement with a maximum total value of 150,000 euros excluding VAT.
