Supply of sterile medical devices: kits and customized packs

Summary

This tender concerns the supply of sterile medical devices: kits and customized packs, distributed across 13 lots to the hospitals of Bergerac and Périgueux under a framework agreement. The framework agreement is open-ended with a maximum quantity per lot and will be implemented through purchase orders. Variants are allowed; prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and quality/logistics requirements are defined in the CCAP, CCAG and annexes (including data protection provisions).
