Infrastructure works in the territory of Coeur d'Essonne Agglomeration

Summary

The tender concerns an infrastructure works framework agreement for the territory of Coeur d'Essonne Agglomeration, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the construction or refurbishment of roads and urban spaces, including planting, urban furniture and vertical signage. Lot 2 covers the creation or rehabilitation of open-trench sanitation and potable water networks. The initial contract period runs from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 and may be extended three times for successive one-year periods. The maximum framework amounts for the initial period are: Lot 1: up to 35,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT) for Coeur d'Essonne Agglomeration and up to 5,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT) for Régie Publique Eau Coeur d'Essonne; Lot 2: up to 30,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT) for Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération and up to 20,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT) for Régie Publique Eau Coeur d'Essonne. The indicative annual framework value for the consortium is 13,000,000 EUR (excl. VAT). The framework will be awarded to up to five economic operators.
