Summary

The EPF d’Occitanie information system maintenance (MCO), licenses and domain name management tender. The supplier must ensure the information system's operational state (MCO) and manage licenses and domain names. The contract lasts 12 months from 1 January 2027 and may be extended up to three times for 12 months each; the procurement is not divided into lots. Payments are due within 30 days. Financing is based on the EPF budget. The maximum annual value for orders is 20,000 EUR excluding VAT. Bids must include a technical description, price proposal and MT; assessment criteria: technical value 70 points and price 30 points.
