Summary

This is a framework agreement for apartment renovations in inner Paris (Pariisi intra-muros). The contract is run for the Chancellerie des universités de Paris and will be awarded to four operators. The maximum annual value is 1,300,000 EUR excluding VAT. The initial term is one year, with automatic renewals that can extend the framework to a total of 48 months. Subsequent works (subsequent markets) will be let by competition among the frame contractors. The framework covers renovations of a large portfolio of apartments (about 126 rental units). Proposals must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline (20 October 2026, 18:00). A site visit is mandatory. The award criteria allocate 60% to price and 40% to non-price factors (technical, organizational, environmental and related elements). Required tender documents include standard DC1/DC2 forms and evidence of qualifications, turnover, experience, insurance, and other presences as described in the procurement documents.
