Remodelling of the R+6 floor at Niort Public Finances Centre

Summary

The contract concerns remodelling of the R+6 floor of the Niort Public Finances Centre (CFP Niort) located at 171 Avenue de Paris, Niort. The project is divided into three lots: Lot 1 interior works; Lot 2 electrical installations; and Lot 3 plumbing, heating and ventilation (PL-CVC). The site is occupied (ERP 5th category) and works must be carried out with regard to safety and environmental requirements. The estimated value is around EUR 210,000 excluding VAT, with an overall duration of about 7 months from the order of service. The award criteria are 40% price and 60% technical and environmental criteria.
