Maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary installations in the buildings of the Inria Center at the University of Lille

Summary

The contract concerns the maintenance and servicing of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary installations in the buildings of the Inria Center at the University of Lille. The work is carried out at three sites: Building A, Building B and Building C (Villeneuve d’Ascq and Lille). The contract is a forfait service under CCP terms, covering regular maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair work; the maximum contract value is 139,000 euros excluding VAT. The duration is one year with up to two automatic renewals for one additional year each, for a total maximum duration of three years. The contract becomes effective on 1 November 2026. It is a single-lot call with no variants; Inria may use external providers for interventions. Detailed requirements and conditions must be checked in the tender documents (DCE 2026-1528).
