The tender concerns compliance works for housing for unaccompanied minors (MNA), divided into five lots: 1) asbestos removal; 2) major works, VRD, facade finishing and external joinery; 3) secondary works; 4) plumbing and ventilation (VMC); 5) electrical installations (CFO/CFA). The facility will remain operational during the works and the works will be carried out in strictly phased stages with the site occupied.
