Summary

Maintenance of intrusion alarms and remote surveillance of installations in the city of Les Lilas (two lots). The contract covers periodic maintenance, repairs and on-call interventions, and, if needed, modernization or replacement of intrusion alarms and access control installations, as well as the remote surveillance of buildings. The work is divided into Lot 1 (maintenance of access control systems and intrusion alarms) and Lot 2 (building remote surveillance and on-demand guarding). The contract will be awarded under an adapted procedure in accordance with the public procurement code. The initial term is one year, with up to three automatic renewals, for a total duration not exceeding four years. The estimated value is EUR 210,000 excluding VAT.
