Vendargues site inter-company restaurant renovation works

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works of the inter-company restaurant at the Vendargues site. The works cover the refurbishment of the R-1 level storage and office area (454 m2) and the ground-floor spaces (RDC) including the current RIE area, meeting rooms and restrooms (570 m2). The contract uses a 100-point award system: 40 points for economic value, 50 points for technical value, and 10 points for environmental and social aspects. Sub-criteria include: 1) quality and relevance of human and material resources and the project timetable (CVs and proof of competencies for the project manager, site supervisor, HVAC and heating/cooling specialists, water supply and sanitation specialist, and electrical expert); 2) quality and relevance of the intervention methodology (site organisation on an occupied site, procurement, on-site storage, installation of lifting equipment, detailed phase plans and material provenance); 3) environmental and social approach (environmental and social measures, including the use of sheltered employment sectors and SMEs, equal treatment and subcontracting practices); and 4) additional environmental considerations (waste reduction, choice of products with low environmental impact and protection of occupants and workers from nuisances). A group site visit is scheduled for 25 September 2026, with a site-visit attestation provided to participants and observations submitted via PLACE within RC deadlines. The contract duration is 48 months and the estimated value is EUR 1,010,897. The tender contains multiple lots (3).
