Rozières Church surroundings development and fire-fighting reservoir

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a fire-fighting reservoir and the development of the surroundings of the Rozières Church in Sommevoire. The work is divided into two lots: Lot 1 – road works, networks and site development; Lot 2 – plantings and green spaces. Works are planned to commence in spring 2026 and run for about 18 months. Bids must be submitted using DC1 and DC2 forms; DC4 is required if subcontractors are used. A bidder may submit as an individual company or as a joint venture; if a joint venture, the lead must be jointly and severally liable. The evaluation will award 60% of the score to price and 40% to technical value, assessed against criteria including methodology and site organisation, quality of materials and compliance with technical prescriptions, environmental management and impact, and quality of the as-built dossier and follow-up. The contract is financed from the Commune of Sommevoire’s own resources; payments are by administrative mandate, with possible advance payment under specified conditions.
