Cleanliness and maintenance of green spaces

Summary

The Angoulême City six-lot framework agreement covers cleaning and maintenance services for green spaces. Each lot is a separate framework agreement with maximum orders: Lot 1 600,000 EUR excluding VAT; Lot 2 800,000 EUR; Lot 3 300,000 EUR; Lot 4 1,000,000 EUR; Lot 5 and Lot 6 are reserved. The contract runs from its notification until December 31, 2030. The award uses a dual criterion: technical value 60 points and price 40 points, evaluated on the basis of BPU-DQE for each lot. Offers must include an Acte d’engagement per lot, the BPU and DQE, site visit attestation, and a sustainability/insertion memo detailing social inclusion obligations (four options) with the required insertion hours. Proposals must comply with CCAP/CCAP documents, and DUME may be used. Annex 2 outlines the evaluation and scoring method.
