Supply of eco-friendly and eco-responsible products, consumables and maintenance equipment for the City of Mulhouse's schools

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of eco-friendly and eco-responsible products, consumables and maintenance equipment for the City of Mulhouse's schools. It consists of three lots (Lot 1–3). Lot 1 covers sanitary hygiene consumables and dispensers; Lot 2 covers maintenance products and dilution centers; Lot 3 covers cleaning equipment. Bids will be evaluated on price (30%: BPU-DQE 20 points, catalogue discount 10 points), technical value (55%: including intrinsic product quality, efficiency and performance, and order, delivery and installation with 15 points), and environmental performance (15%: including ecolabels and certifications, biodegradability/bio-based content, packaging and logistics, and reduction of consumption). Samples may be requested for the lots. The maximum framework amounts are EUR 480,000 for Lot 1; EUR 160,000 for Lot 2; EUR 70,000 for Lot 3. The call is open; proposals must be submitted by 2026-10-19 11:30 (CET). Deliveries are to Site Gluck, Mulhouse, and installation of dispensers will occur across the city’s schools. The initial contract is 1 year with possible renewals, for a total maximum duration of 48 months.
