Physical reception services for the premises of the central administration of the MSO

Summary

The tender concerns physical reception services for the premises of the central administration of the MSO. It is a mixed framework agreement (forfait-based and call-off delivery) with a fixed 24-month term and two automatic 12-month renewals, up to a maximum of 48 months. The estimated total contract value is EUR 2,352,422 excluding VAT, comprised of EUR 2,152,422 for the forfait portion and EUR 200,000 for the unit-based portion, with the unit portion having no minimum and a maximum of EUR 400,000. The contract includes social and environmental clauses and a corresponding award criterion; the tender will be evaluated on price, quality (including human resources, organisation and management, monitoring and continuous improvement) and sustainability.
