Framework agreement for studies, assistance and advisory services for project management in road infrastructure, public space development and building works

Summary

This tender concerns a framework agreement to provide studies, technical assistance and advisory services to the project owner for the realization of road infrastructure, public space development, civil engineering, works of art and buildings. The framework enables future orders through separate contracts and requires a multidisciplinary team. Required competencies include: studies and technical expertise; environmental assessments and compliance; landscape studies; road and public-space planning; civil engineering and building studies; sanitation networks; hydraulics and modelling; traffic studies and simulations; diagnostics and audits of artworks and civil structures; building technical audits; analysis of study and execution documents; and preparation and monitoring of regulatory files (impact assessments, water law, permits, environmental procedures, etc.). The list is non-exhaustive; additional competencies may be added and must be included in the bid. The framework agreement has an estimated total value of up to EUR 1,000,000; initial term is 24 months, with a possible extension of another 24 months. Pricing is unit-price based.
