Extension of the Petit Bourg Park safeguard plan – Evry-Courcouronnes

Summary

The procurement concerns the second extension of the Plan de Sauvegarde for the Parc de Petit Bourg co-ownership in Evry-Courcouronnes. It covers two work streams: Volet 1 – continuing and strengthening the monitoring/animation and governance; Volet 2 – complementary missions including legal work on the SCI residual and ASL, monitoring of funding and a scission study, with an optional Volet gestion for provisional administration support.
